Simon Shum - Director

Simon is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong and is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He received his BA(Hon) degree in Accountancy in Hong Kong Polytechnics and MSc degree in Financial Management in University of London, United Kingdom. He joined one of the big four international CPA firm for more than 8 years.

Simon has extensive experience in performing statutory audit under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and internal control review for clients of different sizes and industry including trading, manufacturing, servicing and non-profit-making organization. He also specializes in serving companies listed or to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in financial aspects.

Brandon Mak - Director

Brandon is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and an associated member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Mak received his BA(Hon) degree in Business Administration in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He joined one of the big four international CPA firm for 2 years and work for firms in different industries, including 3 companies listed in The Hong Kong Stock Exchange, after that. In all, Mr. Mak has extensive accounting, financial and management experience during his wide exposure in different companies in different industries in Hong Kong.
